All Sales Final
All sales at Hooker & Stitch are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products and the inability to guarantee the condition of returned items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review product photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before placing your order.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@hookerandstitch.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you on a replacement or other resolution. Damage caused by the shipping carrier will be handled as a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with your order number. We will send the correct item at no additional charge.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances unless the item arrives damaged during shipping.
Approved Refund Processing
In the rare event a refund is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the credit.
